STAND FOR STAND AGAINST

There is a common, very loud, misconception I see over and over again: that sleep training is awful - leading to undue stress for babies, severing the attachment bond between moms and littles, and the only way to do it, is to make them cry it out.

If this is the result of sleep training, then I agree. It is awful!

That’s why I do it different.

Here’s the truth: sleep is essential for everyone (moms, dads, babies, siblings, toddlers- everyone!) and has a dramatic impact on overall health and well-being. 


When I work with parents- I don’t just stand for “sleep habits.” I stand for:

* Establishing Secure Attachment where your baby can absolutely be attached to you AND sleep!
* Reclaiming YOUR time as a mom and helping you feel YOU again!

Establishing healthy, sustainable sleep habits isn’t selfish. A well-rested mama always leads to being a better parent/child relationships and a healthy, happy marriage - benefitting the entire family!
