Hello, I’m Emily!

I am living out my dream as a Mama to two energetic girls who quickly taught my husband and I how important sleep schedules are to our busy weeks, adventurous weekends and most memorable vacations (yes, you can get good sleep away from home too).

Sharing the benefits of sleep routines and educating about the impact sleep has on a child’s overall well-being is what I am here to do as I work 1:1 with you as your Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I am committed to making each experience unique to your child and personalized to your family’s growing needs.

How Our Sleep Coaching Works

  • Step 1

    I will learn about your child and their sleep habits through the completed Intake Form. Then, I will develop an individualized sleep plan that will fit the needs of your family and be unique to your child.

  • Step 2

    We will have a 30 minute training call to discuss the best sleep training techniques for your child and review suggested schedules. During this call, you can ask any questions before implementing the plan.

  • Step 3

    Each day, I will send a follow up email to coach, support and educate. I will be here to guide you through every step of the way to support challenges and celebrate progress.
